Sitting at my favorite bar this evening and drinking Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA’s with a good friend. Ended up discussing potential taco filling recipes:
- Broiled portabella mushrooms brushed with white wine and balsamic vinegar, slice and serve with green chilies, lettuce, tomatoes and shaved farmer’s cheese
- Shrimp ceveche (maranated in lime juice with onion and jalapeno pepper) with lettuce and tomtatoes.
Should go well with a Gewurztraminer.
